Sunpopcare USA Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (MAPP)
Sunpopcare USA instituted a “Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy” (MAPP) on January 1, 2022. The purpose of this policy is to preserve margins, ensure maximum profitability for dealers, and protect the value of the Sunpopcare USA brand. Sunpopcare USA dealers and third-party affiliates are subject to the terms and conditions of this policy.
This policy only covers advertised prices to include promotions published through e-commerce, direct mail, brochures, catalogs, newspapers, billboards, magazines, retail flyers, television, radio, ecommerce forums, internet sites and any other method which uses the hypertext transfer protocol (“http”). No retailer shall advertise below the minimum advertised price on any search engine, paid ad, or any other unique form of electronic advertisement whether the origin of that advertisement is external (i.e. Google, Yahoo, etc.) or internal (from a website). Pricing listed on an internet site is considered an “advertised price” and should always comply with this policy; statements such as “add to shopping cart to see price”, “call for pricing”, or similar are acceptable and allowed.
This policy applies only to advertised prices and advertising practices and in no way, dictates selling price. In- store advertising which is displayed only within a retail store and not distributed to customers shall not fall under this policy.
Sunpopcare USA recognizes that its dealers are unbound and may sell and offer Sunpopcare USA products at any price they choose. Sunpopcare USA will however, at its absolute discretion, cease shipments to dealers who advertise below the minimum advertised price. The MAPP guidelines are subject to revision at any time, at the sole discretion of Sunpopcare USA.

Sunpopcare USA eCommerce Policy
Sunpopcare USA is instituting a new eCommerce Policy, effective November 1, 2019. The purpose of this policy is to preserve margins, ensure maximum profitability for resellers, and protect the Sunpopcare USA brand. Sunpopcare USA dealers and third-party affiliates are subject to the terms and conditions of this policy.
Sunpopcare USA products may be sold on an authorized dealer’s retail website, but may not be sold on Amazon, Ebay, Jet.com, Walmart.com or other third-party e-commerce retail sites.

Sunpopcare USA dealers found in violation of this policy will be asked to remove Sunpopcare USA products from the offending website(s). Dealers who continue to sell on banned sites will lose the ability to purchase Sunpopcare USA products directly from Sunpopcare USA or participating distributors.

Sunpopcare USA Limited Warranty
Thank you for your interest in Sunpopcare USA skin care products. This Limited Warranty exclusively applies to Sunpopcare USA brand products and covers any defects in product or packaging under normal use within the expiration date printed on the specific product in question.
During the Warranty Period, Sunpopcare USA will replace, at no charge, products, or product packaging (ie. pump dispenser) that prove defective due to improper material or packaging, under normal use and storage. A replacement of any Sunpopcare USA product resets the Warranty Period to that of the new expiration date printed on the replacement product.
This Limited Warranty does not cover problems caused by improper use or storage of Sunpopcare USA products or product that is outside of the expiration date printed on the product.
